Once you have Registered with SeaMexico Realty you will be able to see the following menu under the Brokers/Agents topic. You can register your leads by clicking on the

This will take you to this page:

Your Name should be auto filled in the Broker/Agent field.

You will type in the Lead Name, Phone Number, and their email address. Their Physical address is optional but will greatly help the process. Another item that is very helpful if not extremely necessary is your comments on the Lead. This is where you would input what the Lead is looking for; Ocean view lot, Lot by pool, Home/Lot package, etc. Also include any expectations or apprehensions that the Lead may have. You can also indicate if you want the SMR agent to contact you first before contacting the client.

Our SMR agents will then contact your Lead and arrange for a trip down to our development to view the properties. Once you have registered Leads with us you will be able to view the sales progress of these Leads.

Example broker named RBroker

You can log in as RBroker with a Password of rbroker99

RBroker can see ONLY his own leads as well as all of his own Realtors’ leads ( i.e. CZimmer) Only Realtor’s registered to the Broker will show up in this menu.

Click on RBroker Leads to view the status of his leads.

You will now see the page below.

This shows the Lead Name, what the Subject of the last activity was for that Lead, what kind of Activity, its Status, Projected Due Date, Date Completed, and the SeaMexico Agent that is responsible for your Lead.

Using the same steps the Broker can view all of their sales people’s leads.

These Lead Tracking pages are generated only after a Broker or Realtor has turned in a lead. They are updated weekly. No one can view other Broker/Realtors in the Menu options unless they are authorized to see them by the Broker.
